After years of suffering, the right people were placed in my path – capitalizing on any self-compassion, willingness, and honesty I had to spare. For nearly a decade, I have been able to not only preserve these changes, but continue to deepen them through my ongoing healing journey.

I don’t see myself as a coach, I see myself as a doula helping you birth a new life for yourself. I have trained with top trauma and addiction therapists on the East Coast, learning how to bring the body, the unconscious, and the nervous system into the space of relapse prevention and recovery maintenance planning. Individuals find my approach non-pathologizing, non-shaming, and more comprehensive than traditional models. Recovery is so much more than detoxing poisons from the body. Recovery is about respect, individuation, and authenticity.
